Tigger: Correct ...I had the same experience many times ...you always think the opponent got more doubles than you but in the end it isn't . But with these players ...mmm... dunno ...but they always got the right dice ...always in any single game ... people can be lucky sometimes but not always . I can't imagine how they could cheat but it is very strange . They are very good in skill games but meanwhile they are lucky in any single dice game .. Golden boys or what ????? :)

bouncer:  I'm not sure it's possible to cheat on BK when it comes to controlling what the dice do.  The dice rolls are controlled by the program on the server that Fencer is in control of.  I know I have played people who seem to get just the right rolls but I don't think they are really doing anything except being very lucky.  They probably think that of me when i get the perfect roll.

I remember once when my opponent kept getting doubles.  Tons of them.  I got ticked about it but didn't say anything.  After losing the game I went back and counted the doubles.  Turns out, I had more doubles than my opponent!

Family Man: That might be a good suggestion but when I create a tourney I want anyone to play . I will not exclude any BK player except for those 2 (let's say 3)...so I think it's better to throw them out just before the tourney starts

So, send each other a PM with your lists or whatever you want to do, and leave it at that?

They never miss a boat ...I agree that in some games it's all about skills (like chess, mancale, reversi ....) but I'm sick and tired about some players who always (day after day, year after year) win any stupid "luck" game as well ... that's not normal ....they have to buy me a lottery ticket

It doesnt sound like anything that would be difficult to implement though.

Family Man: There are some players I will not play anymore ...during the years on BK it seems they can not lose any game ... strange but they always get the right dice at the right time .... I'm talking about 2 or 3 players but they always appear on any tourney . So when I got those guys as opponent I resign the game from the first move . I'd like to see a possibility not to play those players again ... even if I block them they always appear on tourneys :(((((

Does anybody knows if there's a possibility to exclude some players from tourneys we create ? I know we can create tourneys with players allowed tioll a certain rating but what I mean is to exclude some players by name ..f.e. players who always win any game (cheaters I mean)

So a 3 day pond, everyone has to make a move within the 3 days. Even if everyone makes their move in 1 day, it will still be 3 days before the next round starts.

Is the time limit for the pond for one person's move or for the whole round, meaning that everyone has to move within those three days?

All: Do you see smilies in message from or2ak.com from 16.8., 13:11:14 ? I see just numbers and stars ... It happens to me from time to time, that in some message I see just numbers and stars and other messages with smilies are ok. Is something wrong with my settings or is it the same for everybody ?
Especially that Firefox smilie in that or2ak.com message is so lovely, and I cannot see it

Subject: Dice Poker
Well I was just playing a game of Triple Dice Poker, and thought I would share how I went from having 2 rolls to it being my last roll. After my first roll, I selected a dice to re-roll and I accidentally double clicked on the "roll dice" button, and it went strait to being my last roll - skipping 1 roll. (I can hit "back" on my browser, and says I have 2 rolls left - hit forward on my browser, back to all rolls already taken)

Anyway, I wanted to mention this because I remember others complaining at times that they "lost" their rolls while playing - and double clicking on "Roll selected dice" can explain that issue.

Binabik: The only thing that I can think of is if they did have vacation days set (which of course we can't see now because that time has passed) - but you said they did not.

As of almost 4 hours ago, the server time in on "Saturday" - which is that users weekend days, so if they are still gone when Monday comes around, and I can see they have no vacation days set - nor auto-vacation set - I would like to watch to see if their games then start to time out or not. (And if not - then a bug is the only thing I can think of.)

... not that I don't believe you when you said they did not have vacation days set - but I always like to see it myself... and I did not look at the profile until "Saturday" flipped over.

The Usurper: Dear Mr Usurper,

In a recently published article on the brainking.com site, you claimed that the so called browser named « firefox » is not only better, but, quote, 14,341 than our product, Internet Explorer.

Now, unless you are prepared to demonstrate to an independent expert how you calculate this ratio, you may expect to hear from our legal department.

Sincerely yours
Bill Gates

P.S. Sorry to hear about your coffee. You may deduct the value (0.25 cent) from the legal costs.
