it's time for SPP Keryo Tourney, #11! (The last for 2016!)

The timer is the usual 1 day 9 hours which seems to be the clear winner for ending a tournament in a timely 1 month window. Also the 10 people max in one big section seems to be a good choice and will be used as well.
