awesome:  Shows the failure of the so-called BCS system.  There needs to be a playoff in NCAA Div 1.  It can be worked into the Bowl system.  Should not be that hard.  The Fiesta Bowl was the best I've seen this Bowl season.

I agree..I've always respected Isiah as a college and pro player, but he has absolutely no skills for being a GM or a coach in the NBA...he has brought the Knicks to their lowest point in franchise history..

rednaz23: Isiah Thomas contributed to the atmosphere which instigated the fight.  He should definately be fined or suspended for his encouragement of the situation.in my opinion.  Put them all on some ice & give them a puck!!

Since there has been no talk of any sport for over a week and half...

Any NBA watchers see the fight? Melo... 15 days... a cool half million fine for each team... What is your take on it?

I think the coach should get fined or suspended for telling players to make the hard foul! All the evidence is there... it's sort of like the O.J. thing. It only makes sense that he did it, but yet he's off scott free!

rednaz23: That's bad! Will he be able to play next year?

The one I remember, though I didn't see it as they stopped replaying it, was Joe Theisman's compound leg fracture a few years ago. That had to be real bad. Football is a tough game.

Walter Montego: It was quite amazing actually... you could see on TV that he broke both bones in his arm, halfway between his wrist and elbow, and it was bent so that your hand could almost touch your elbow if he tried... YUCK.

rednaz23: Nah, I missed it. I was watching the Oakland-San Diego game. Raiders teased me by flirting with victory, but dropped another game. They're now 2 and 9. They suck this year. How bad is the break?

Mark finished 31st early hours this morning out of a field of 74. A fantastic result for him, seeing as he had never played the course before. He beat the likes of Niclas Fasth, Steven Dodd and Paul Broadhurst. Hong Kong next week

There is a great little Add-on if you use Firefox. FootieFox just sits in the Status Bar (bottom right hand) and keeps you up to date with all the scores you want to know about. You can make make it stay on one particular match or rotate through a division or whatever League you choose. It even cheers when there is a goal, it saves looking on teletext or anywhere else, totally unobtrusive.

There is a cricket one as well, didnt help the England select 11 yesterday though lol

Great one for us football supporters.
