Gabriel Almeida: This is a 3-3 game involving one of our Tiger Club players. Fencer may not recognize a 3-3 draw since he is not an expert at checkers.

Subject: Draws
Some games are clearly draws and even after 100 moves they will still be draws. If one player refuses to accept the draw offer it is poor sportmanship in my opinion. Does anybody know BK's remedy for this?

I'm not sure what the initials stood for but it was an elite group of highly skilled players who dominated the internet. I was able to assemble players who were to form the early KM and defeat all the GST players. We had Sartex, Usurper, Ronco, ZymetteBadbrain, Ustica, Nomad and a few others. But they were tough as nails..especially their best players.

gooner: Absolutely. Our game needs to be promoted. I know many former teen "prodogies" who have quit playing competively altogether. Something is turning them off. There is too big a gap between the champions and the next level down. Some of these pro's from Barbados won't play you for less than $500.

gooner: There are quite a few very good players we would like to recruit but they are scattered and not on any one fellowship. There was an awesome international team on IYT called GST (I think those were the initials) but I don't know if they are still there.

SOCRATES: His name is transfusion. Says he's a 60 yr old man who reads checker books which he names. His smother game was so many moves ahead it was uncanny..and I moved real fast which seldom works against a good player. I know of the Ulevator guy you're talking about..he is working real hard at dominating the site. I never played him but his record looks pretty imposing for someone who came out of nowhere. (whatever the reason) but he is playing ustica so we'll see how he does there. He won't beat ustica..take that to the bank!
