I would have to find my instruction booklet (or google it) But I think the opponents pieces would just stay on the board.  Dead pieces if you will, cant be used (taken).

Stones are a little small to see, but U can mouse over the pits and it will show U how many are in each pit.  (hope this helps U)

Personally I dont think Monopoly would be good for a turn based site. For instance, just wanting to do a trade with someone would have to waste a turn. Game would take 2 yrs to finish. 
And also the auctions..  How would you do the auctions?

I've never seen the option to do just a highlighted area. If I just hit my print button it always prints the whole page..
