I thought Black Rooks could open three fellowships but I couldn't do a third so I gave the FS to her temporarily. Then I opened a fs (as a test) deleted it and now she can't return Daisy. Odd but I tried to open a new fs on a hunch and it wouldn't let me even though I currently only have one.
