The game is still sitting in my games to play. How will my opponent know I have made a draw offer? I believe your opponent gets a message in their message box that you have offered a draw. I will try to make the offer with a move as I have no faith in the message being sent. A couple of times someone asked me in a game 'why I had not accepted their draw offer'.
