No Man's Land Fort
this is The Old Fort after which The Old Fort is named.

No Man's Land Fort was built in the Solent 2.2 kilometres off the coast of the Isle of Wight between the years 1867 and 1880 to protect Portsmouth. It was built for a cost of £462,500, a considerable sum at the time.

No Man's Land Fort is now a luxury home/hospitality centre for high-paying guests and facilities include an indoor swimming pool and two helipads, relevant as parking cars might just be a bit difficult to do here!

The 1972 Doctor Who serial The Sea Devils used the fort as a filming location for several scenes.
