i would love a random game rating/ranking as well .. but only for those random games where all games from this site are possible .. not just a subset
this rating could be established by team tournaments of random game types (we need a random team for that :)), by normal random tournaments (which we already have), and by personal matches (of more than 1 game, about 10?) of random games
MadMonkey: I would love to see random team tournaments also - but that of course would mean extra work for Fencer - since he would have to make it so you can join a "random game" team for a fellowship like you can for each game type. And would probable have to do some extra coding to the team tournament code.
Oceans Apart & Hrqls: coat.net. & Tanien (and Fencer lol) in charge of Team Tournaments, have to ask them to bend Fencers ear (or is that message box hmmmm......whatever)
Please, please, please Leader, could we have a Random Team Tournament
tippyc: There's a couple ways. Go to your profile, and click the "Stairs" link near the top of the page. Or, go to the Stairs link on the Main menu, and click "Show my stairs only"
the brains page doesn't appear to have been updated for a while either on my profile it says i have 500 or so but on the list of brains it says i have 250
basplund: That must be the case. I just bought some Brains yesterday, and have not received them yet, either. I was hoping it was "instant" like memberships, because there was a Brain tournament that I wanted to enter. But it's too late now.
basplund: at the top of your main page next to your name . Jason (J T) - [Jason, England, Brain Rook (forever), Male] Brain Rook, 350 Brains, you can also see how many looking at your own profile (top of the page)
wetware: Thank you, i didn´t remember where it was. I think it´s not the best place and it seems a little confused. In the cube games the score is 1,2 and 3 for a normal win, gammon and backgammon and in the triple gammon system is 1,3 and 5. Maybe i think it could be explained much better.
Czuch Czuckers: The best way to add a link to it, is to goto the page you want to add, then use the 'Add' link beside the Show one. That saves any mistake when trying to add it yourself to the Context Menu list.
I have about 15 on mine, as i find it the easiest way to jump about the site, with out using the left hand column (dont use that in games as th e page loads faster).
Are you certain you have more than one thing in your list ? Have you got the box ticked on your JavaScript page in Settings, to show the menu there ? Thats all i can think of offhand
Czuch Czuckers: I have it there as well, but mine is ok at the moment
Sometimes the Menu pops up when i hover over show, but it is about 1cm below and to the right, so when i mover the cursor across to click on something from it, it goes before i can get to it
(hide) If you want to play a game with an opponent of a similar level, you can define a required BKR range for a new game invitation. Then nobody with a BKR outside this range will be able to see/accept it. (Katechka) (show all tips)
