Bernice: My take on the mod thing (global or the presumed sub human level that I occupied for a brief time) is that it requires unquestioned devotion to the fearless leader,if not,it falls apart like dominos

I wonder if we could replace the dragon with santa and his raindeer for a few days,or maybe just slip a santa hat on him

Subject: Re:
Purple: I was going to say, much like it is bad form for cops to disagree and not show unity in public, the same credo can easily invade the global mod world.

It's a volunteer position, you're going to attract two types of people (and I've encountered both)One type is someone who just likes to help and be involved(the vast majority) the other tye is power tripping.

Fencer: I took it to be a clever marketing strategy that benefits both the buyer and seller. There is a degree of risk(that being the site is not guarenteed to be here in 10 years, hell,we might not inhabit this earth in ten years)but I was impressed by the creativity in presenting it as an option.

Why are two points not awarded for a gammon in multiple game matches? It only seems fair.

Subject: Fellowships
Hello everyone,I have just become a tax paying member in good standing(well, call it a figure of speech and I was interested in the concept of a team.Does one need to play a variety of other games or could I stick to only backgammon style games? I also have been too lazy to read the info on how to join the teams or ponds, could a giving soul give me a crash course? regards JD
