For this to be possible you and your opponent have to select the action "Move and stay here" as default and then reload the page with the F5 key. I don't know what he is talking about " real time" ! this is only the idea of how to play online with both players are not alllowed to logout during the game.... it is a good idea ...so many people all the time log in and log out during the game...but your opponent has to agree to do the same thing...it is hard for them because they got used to do such thing " login and logout ".... 16.
