Subject: Re: Hi
satinjade: I make a green onion salad at Thanksgiving and it goes well with that meal. Some will think it is a summer salad but my family loves it.

GREEN ONION SALAD

Chop equal amounts of green onions, celery, and apples. Then add just enough Miracle Whip to moisten and refrigerate. This is delicious!

Enjoy!!

Jim Dandy: I don't care much for shake and bake but the oven fry is wonderful. The chicken is baked and stays so nice and juicy.

Subject: Melting Pot Chicken
4 chicken breasts
3/4 cup italian dressing
3/4 cup salsa
4 slices mozzarella

Marinate boned and skinned chicken breast halves in the refrigerator in 1/4 cup each of the italian dressing and salsa for one to two hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Grill or broil the chicken until cooked through. Top each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese during the last minute of cooking and heat just until the cheese begins to melt.

Heat the remaining salsa and italian dressing to a boil and simmer one minute. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Serve over hot cooked pasta or rice, or wrapped in a flour tortilla.

No offense but I find it strange that several people can post off topic here but only one gets ridiculed for it. The fact that they are pawn doesn't make their opinion any less important, does it?

Nobody would get brains for them unless they posted your ID number. And they wouldn't be paying for the membership so that wouldn't happen I guess.
