I heard this on my way home from work tonight, made the drive worth it.  This is a tribute to Bon Scott, rest his soul.  He's been gone since 1980, but I still have to shed a tear when I hear him.

TexasToest: Oh yes i remember the music from 1957 :)...but to be honest i didnt "discover" At The Hop until i saw the movie American Grafitti 1973  (google)  :)

Andersp:  You're KIDDING!  I might have been watching that American Bandstand show, unless it was previous to 12-58, which it probably was.  That song was still big when we got home from overseas.

TexasToest: Yeah,Devendra Banhart reminds me of very early T REX,prior to going electric,.............my second selection was a combo of Python and Hawkwind,kinda trippy.

This tune was a fave from 1999,especially the chorus
