mctrivia...they seem to do it for a few reasons, one to cheat at their games & another to role play as different people & abuse peoples online friendships

Is it possible to only allow one user name to each persons internet connection? Im sure they have that system on other sites to avoid the problem of multi accounts

Is there any way to stop people from creating more than one account here?

(sorry if this has been asked before)

Jason: No offense, but you are a member of 34 fellowships, including having your own, so surely there must be plenty of reading for you here on BK?
Besides with General Chat being a General Chat board I doubt that political converstion will carry on there indefinately, thats the great thing, its open to any & every topic :o)

Subject: Re: Politics vs. General Chat
ScarletRose: I totally disagree! Its working fine on the General Chat Board without Moderators having to do anything! The conversation about politics hasn't involved any swearing or inappropriate language, apart from yourself who got the closest to it by saying 'freaking this & freaking that'
General Chat, is GENERAL CHAT & we should be able to discuss anything of general interest! Besides the current politcs conversation on there is far better than the useless drivvle that is usually on there! Its refreshing to actually read a proper topic of conversation. For those who don't like it its simple....dont read it!
However, I would not be opposed to a General Polics Board aswell

ArtfulDodger: just some way of archiving popular categories I think would be much easier to use.
(just to be clear aswell, Im not upset by repeated question asking I was just mearly making a feature request to the very subject of it)

I would read an archive before asking, and maybe others who dont like to ask questions on public boards would also?

grenv: Well if there was an archive on such a subject I would be able to point you straight to it Im sure :oD
Fencer may be able to answer if this has definately been discussed.....Im pretty sure it has (or I could of dreamt it lol)

Subject: Dice rolls etc......
Sorry but Im sure all of this has been discussed before......therefore my feature request would be 'an archive of feature request questions & answers'.
Any new people to the site could then click on that category to read the outcome instead of it being requested over & over :o)

I don't mean to but in here but since it's on a public board....I think there seems to be a confusion....the message boxes here are NOT the same as an email address, this could be where the two of you are getting mixed up :o)

plaintiger: my last word on this, especially on this board......yes absolutely you can choose to use the cloak option, I totally agree that's up to you entirely, but if you do then don't moan that you can't see what others are doing! They can't see you, you then can't see them....fairs fair!!! :o)

The thing is, if you are interested in seeing what people are doing, chances are they are interested in seeing what you are doing too.....therefore if you hide yourself, explain why should you still have the privilege of seeing what others, who aren't hidden, are doing?
Besides it's been said so many times, why does anyone need to hide on a games site?

I agree with a previous post & would like to see people using cloak mode are unable to anyone else.....it seems fair that if no one can see them, then they shouldnt be able to see anyone either

I know Im only a pawn, so I don't feel I can really comment, but I agree with pgt, I like to know if my opponents are still playing & I will wait around for them. In my opinion the people in cloak mode I treat as though they're not here & won't bother waiting for them to play.
