... but yes: here is the special september-action: everyone who buys a black rook receives 10 "free-rolls" every year: the member will have 10 opportunities to decide himself how the dice are rolling. as an equivalent in chess and other games which do not depend on luck, this member will have the chance to make 10 illegal moves...
