Just my two cents worth, but this would be a good idea if both parties agree to it and if the Big Boss were to come back after their absence they would have the option to regain control of the fellowship if they choose.

Since mine has been one of the 'dead' fellowships for quite awhile

... I'd just like to say that I've come back and would like to let any interested parties know that there is plenty of room for new members.

It seems I have lost all my teams.

I wonder what would be the easiest way to find out what fellowships that we are invited to, but have neither declined or accepted?? I was going through the list and found three that I had been invited to but must have deleted the message ... I was just thinking it would be an awful long process to go through each fellowship one by one...

Czuch Chuckers: Delete them from the list, then go back to their profile and invite them again. Then they will reappear back on the list.
