Subject: How many open slots are needed?
I attempted to sign up for a tournament once, but I was removed from it and told that I didn't have enough open slots to participate in it. How many open slots does one need in order to enter a tournament?

Tripod Tom: single elimination prize tournament
as youve already got 19 games on the go try this one you only need 1 free slot

"IceCold": I think I've signed up, but nothing shows on my game list, and it still shows one empty slot. Did I do things correctly?

"IceCold": Thanks for your help. As long as I keep one slot open, I'm good to go? Is that correct?

"Tripod Tom" Is a REALLY nice guy, an honorable opponent, and I think he'd really like a trial at BK membership, so, if possible, could you get him a "Brain Bishop" for a month? I think he'd truly enjoy it

Tripod Tom: I'm just asking (since you won't) I try to stick to only "elimination" tourneys, that way I only ever need one free space, and if you want it to go quicker, try for ones with green and red dots, that helps too

Tripod Tom: For tournaments where you play 1 game with each player in your section, you need 5 open slots (regardless of how many people per section) and for tournaments where you play 2 games with each player in your section, you need 10 open slots (again, regardless of how many people per section.)
And Yes, for single elimination, you only need 1 open slot..

And I am buying some bishop memberships for pawns tonight, so I will include you.
