Subject: Draws

Is it possible to offer and accept a draw if both players agree? I have looked over a recent game and both players could have reached a point where taking another tank would mean losing- so both players could just move endlessly- there appears to be a need for a rule similar to chess so a draw can be agreed upon of is automatic after so many moves with no piece taken. Any thoughts??

DragonKing: If you scroll down to the game information on the game in question, there is an "Offer Draw" link. (Next to Add a Note and Resign)
