It meant, that you get one month extra added to the membership you pay until end of the year.
i.e.: You pay for another year of rook on 15. December, so you actually pay for 13 months

And, how I do know Fencer, he will gladly extend your membership before it ends, no matter he has the money yet or not, when he is ensured the money is on its way.

And anyway - no-one is perfect, so from time to time, s*it happens, to be politically uncorrect. So, unless you personally are perfect, let others not to be too. And ... if you will be not angry with things you can't prevent,your life will be much happier

It's very funny to hear pawns, who did NOTHING and yet have benefit of being accepted on this server, complaining about something, what is very often happening with all servers on the internet, but this server this thing affected once I remember and with the insufficient hardware it's a sort of a miracle. I personally would pay MORE if I was able to, to prevent this stuff, but what do you do, PAWNS? I'm disgusted...

Relative URL is URL like www.abc.com
Absolute URL is, when you type http:// first, so you write http://www.abc.com
