can someone please tell me why it is when I go into messages from about 12 months ago they are blank?

and if it is the system deleting the message why dont they delete the whole thing?

I probably havent worded the 2nd Q correctly but .....

Bernice:  Are these messages you have saved into a file??? or.. are they messages in your IN box? I looked at some that I had saved into separate folders and they are still showing.. I keep my In Box tidy so don't have any old ones in there to compare..
