Ok a probation period... and how about having to have played some games before being allowed into tourneys.
I am not overly concerned about method here.. just a realistic cure...

Good idea from Noho,an example at an other server:
there are "Qualifications" necessary.
Q1= one game must be finished
Q2 = Q1 + a period of two months since first login , player can play special tournements.
after one special tournement he gets Q3 and can play all tournements.
