thank you Rod....I have just uploaded something else and it worked....now why didnt that one work??? hmmmmmm.....it is a pic I took with my camera but it has worked before.....oh well....

Bernice: did you also check the filesize and the size of the picture itself (width and height, in pixels) ?

try to resize it to something smaller and try again
