Purple: Fencer will not allow Bosses to unless they are Captains of those Teams

Crazy when Bosses can do exactly the same within a Fellowship, by clicking on the link in the Team box (Create new public team challenge) and creating one for a Team there, but you can not from the Waiting Room.

I wish i knew the difference
