Ferjo: I don't need to change my avi files to mpeg first. My camcorder records in avi, and I put them straight from there onto disc as either VCD or SVCD and my DVD player plays them ok.

If you want to save on bandwidth you can reduce the amount of information that shows up in your pages in the Settings. Try changing the number of games in the main page and the number of messages per page. (pauloaguia)
