1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon butter ( softened)
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Heat over to 350 . Grease a 9" pie plate. Stir all ingredients until well blended . Pour into pie plate and bake 40 to 50 minutes , or till a knife inserted , comes out clean . Be sure to refrigerate .
