Not anymore, it isn't against the rules. This post was saved by the auther, as I understand it, and sent through PM.... I don't think the rules state that you can not send something from a PM to anyone else or post this PM on a board, once it has been PM'd it is fair to post it anywhere or re send it to whomever.

If you want to play a game with an opponent of a similar level, you can define a required BKR range for a new game invitation. Then nobody with a BKR outside this range will be able to see/accept it. (Katechka)
