This is in response to a post MUCH further down, from someone who was going to leave the site because they didn't get a response from Fencer as quick as they would have liked. For general questions, it might be a good idea to send them to the BKsupport email address. Everyone in customer service gets these emails, and you will most likely get a quicker response. Especially at this time when Fencer is very busy..

I have a standard "Welcome note" that I send out to new members of the Club WebTV fellowship. I copy and paste it from that message I sent myself. I also send a message to myself of the list of people in the fellowship, so that if we ever have a "time warp" like last year, it will be easy to re-invite people..

For example, I sent myself a lot of the special characters (♪, ♫, ☼, ►, etc..) that way is I need one, I can just look in my Message box and pull that message up and copy-n-paste.
