I cant understand what on Earth it's for apart from to increase the scope for annoying behaviour. There are even games in which a player can have a lost position after their first move yet they can delete on the second. If a player doesn't want to play what are they accepting games for? If someone picks up your game from the waiting games list and this person is a ringer or a creep you might want to delete out. I don't see a point of a getting a message after one's final move.
