If there is an issue with something like memberships or problem with paying for a prize to win in a tournament, and there is a glitch, how does this get resolved? He responds to me any time I've contacted him. (Though I don't need to very often). So you can't say he "never" does. He probably doesn't reply to frivolous messages though.
