Another possibility is to eliminate half of the players in each round. So, the number of rounds would be equal to log(N).

Currently there are 230 players signed for this new game. In the worst case, there will be 1 player eliminated per round. This means 230 rounds. Since there is 2 days per move, the game will last at least 460 days (not counting holidays). I think there should be some changes done to the rules, because this is not going to work.

I need to use IE for work. But I don't want to have to deal with two browsers.

Subject: Images are not displayed in IE?
Recently, the images in my IE browser are not always displayed. For example, when I make a move in a dark chess, the board is not refreshed properly. I tried to refresh the page, but many of the images are displayed. I get a rex "x" instead of many squares on a board. The only workaround I found is to go to main page and open the same game from there.

Also, I noticed that the main page is loading forever, and eventually fails to load the firefox logo in the left-bottom corner.

Does anyone else experience the same thing? And no, I don't want to switch from IE to Firefox.

This is the position: http://www.brainking.com/game/ArchivedGame?g=68120&i=71
At this point, I tried to capture his pawn en'passant at c3, however I was only allowed to move my pawn on d3.

Fencer, can you clarify dark chess rules about taking pawn en'passant. In one of my games, I suspected that my opponent moved his pawn, so I tried to take it en'passant. However that move wasn't allowed. Is that a "feature" or a bug?
