Create a New game of Xiangqi, Established ratings, Provisional ratings, The Rules of Xiangqi.

beatit beatit: Because there are very few strong xiangqi players here. It 's a pity because this place is the only I know so far where we can play turn-based xiangqi.

According to the the rule, they are correct. However I would agree with you that it was not a sportmanship behaviour. I recommend you to play with other players, for example me :)
