Walter Montego: Yes 9 teams this year.There are a few people ready to take over Ottawa but the league has suspended operation for this coming season.My guess is that they will move Winnipeg over to the Eastern Division for this season.Geographically none of the teams in the Eastern Division are legally in the east

but then again Winnipeg isn't legally in either east or west
