Tip for Battleboats Plus - If you find one of your opponenets boats, the quicker you can sink it, the better - because it will take away one of their shots. First 3 moves of the game, you got to take 5 shots each turn because you had 5 boats that were unsunk. Turn 4 you had 4 shots because you only had 4 boats left unsunk Turn 5 you had 3 shots because you only had 3 boats left unsunk Turn 6 you had 2 shots because you only had 2 boats left unsunk. We have both played between 130 and 150 games.
In the first, I won and moved up 13 points. Walter moved down 8 points. So far so good. In the second he won and moved up 8 points and I moved down 13 points. This was a zero gain for both. I would expect to move up a bit after splitting the games.
