Most jobs in the US are created by people with money who take risks. Poor people don't do that. Middle income people don't do that. People with money invest it and create businesses that need employees. Some Middle income people do create businesses and thereby create jobs. But then they become (SAY IT ISN'T SO!!!) rich people!!! And when these rich people get more money, they expand their business (to make more money) and they HIRE MORE PEOPLE! At the moment, Obama's policies have put a stop to small business expansion.
