you cant possible know that for a fact
there are many many areas of this country that drugs guns and knives are part of everyday life
there are many many places were its still very unsafe to go out after dark

you know exactly what is going on in your own neighbour hood but you havnt a clue what is going on in mine

or in the next town to me or the next one after that do you?
