Otsikko: free prize tournament
How to create a free prize tournament? Can everybody do this? Say the winner is to receive brains; are they detracted from thre creator's brains account or can they be bought with money?

rod03801: I am afraid not. Some companies (PayPal) seem to be too paranoid to understand that it is not a gambling. There is no point to fight a red tape.

MadMonkey: I can hardly explain what I don't understand myself. But my guess is that you can use Brains to pay for tournament fees in order to win more Brains, so it is probably considered as gambling, although there is no way to change Brains back to real money. Don't ask me what sort of moron came with this ridiculous conclusion.
