They can request tournaments to be started (this is purely in HOME, other fellowships might work differently) and get people motivated to joining their team(s).
Eventually they will be able to remove people from their team if they wish, start their own internal tourneys and have a lot more control of tournaments with other fellowships etc. Thats my understanding anyway, although it won't happen immediately BK2 is launched.
