Diciembre 2003, 21:34:40  I think unrated WITHOUT any completed games, is 1300. But if you are unrated, but have completed 3 games and won them all, your rating is even higher, though not shown. I only say this because when I signed up for a Tank Battle tournament, I was unrated, but I was at the top of my section, as though I had a high BKR. ( I got lucky, and am actually not that good at Tank Battle !!! :-D ) 16.
