This has been happening to lots of people it seems lately - you win a game (or a game finishes) and it still goes to your opponent. I had one game of Spider Line4 where i placed 4 in a row, and it was my opponent's turn for a few minutes before it realized i'd won. Hopefully he'll look at it soon.
