If a game has zero left left on the opponents clock why doesnt it time out? Is it because we keep playing back and forth even though is shows him with -0 time? http://brainking.com/en/ShowGame?g=1628155

Rose: I believe the time out script only runs every 5-10 mintues or something like that, so as long as it is not on his turn when the time-out script runs, he can get away with it.
