Anybody expecting a "refund" should be aware that while you might be justified in getting one, while you might be promised one, and while you might even be assured again and again that it was indeed sent to you, you will not receive it. How do I know? It happened to me. I sent in $50, which cleared the bank, was assured that it was mailed back to me two months ago (before the data crash ever happened) and now all I get is promises, but no do-re-me: hear what I'm sayin?
