How bout this for a 'committee': Can it. 'Committee' action is what caused this fiasco in the first place. Committees are notoriously corrupt cliques. Just put MadMonkey back where he belongs.

"all their membership fees are on the banned name." Then that name should be reinstated or all fees refunded.
