To anyone that has high blood levels from diabetes.... i have found that a quarter to a half of a teaspoon of cinnamon a day will lower it...i have used it for a month and have found that it really works! almost eliminates metformin!

Ogopogo: I take cinnamon capsules and they work just as well. Much easier to consume also!! It really works!!

Dolittle: Yes it does work check out celery seed.Also a friend got me on Pomagrante juice,we found the capsules at a health store.

Dolittle: It's alot easier both price wise and the mess of eating them.Poms are a little high now and this is the only time of year i can get them.Do even the juice went up.Poms right now are 2 for 5.Pills at 2 month supply are $9.99.
