I've got to say that I didn't like the coercive approach to suggesting that BrainKing users use Firefox. My immediate reaction was abrasive.

I've been using Firefox for two days now, just for BrainKing. It's like Fencer is a sort of father-figure here - You might not like what he has to say sometimes, but it's for your own good!

Firefox is very good.

Fencer: Yes, I know your answer. But your answer is wrong. If you want my money, make the site better overall; don't make it worse for Pawns.

((make the site better overall))

Show me a better "turn based" game site...
There is none...

Fencer offers the most for a VERY fair price.    And all game sites have the darn banner ads unless u become a member.

NOT, what could make this one better.

I know the other sites offer auto pass, but they cant compare to what Fencer offers here...

nightmagic: so you think everyone should have to sign in just to see that they are still blocked in a game. And you think their opponents should always have to sit and wait for their moves when they know it is not possible for them to make one? Wouldn't it be nice to sign in to a game that you can actually make a move in? Rather than the frustration of seeing that you can't make a move and all you need to do is click a button to pass.

Sujet: Re: Fencer knows best?
TarantinoFan: yes i do. and most are not just signing in to see they are blocked in a game or 2.they are playing there games and find one they just return, no big deal. i di not sit and wait for my games to be returned.as i said i would not use it.it is here and it is a choice to use it. i do believe it should be a choice, not implamented in all games. yes it would spead things up in maybe a game or 2, but remember you still wait for the person to make there reg, moves and some use vacation and you just wait.

nightmagic: Yup..you are absolutely correct You and other "anti autopassers" have a choice to either not suggest autopass or say no if your opponent has suggested it. We who love autopass have to follow your wishes.

Sujet: Re: Fencer knows best?
Andersp: as we have to respect your wishes in wanting to use it. i was never again't it, just the choice to use it or not. i think things will work themselves out in this one over time as it is used and not used.
