fukuhara: Maybe more than 13 people have already bought the red code. The list you show is only of people who earned the red code bonus achievement in the last few days. Some people may have earned the red code achievement long ago, and then renewed their membership within the last few days buying the red code, and they will not reappear on the achievement list (because they already have it).

fukuhara: In addition, you get the achievement only after payment was received and processed, so the list is 2-5 days behind.
