It means, for example, that if you have several pages of games, and that you are now on the first page of your games, and that the games of your friends are on the second page, you won’t see any number beside the name of your friends. Originally it was a problem with paypal and treating the sale of brains like gambling. I remember him talking about but dont quote me.
