If it is for one point, you would have another match. If it was for one game, that game is done and that's it. In this case, a draw results in the lower ranked participant moving into the next round (a draw is considered a 'little win' as he should have lost with the lower ranking) 2. This is an elimination tournament but we didn't start a second game to decide the bracket, like I thought we would. Does this happen all the time, or is it different this time? 28. Which means an extremely slow player who is already ineligible to advance can hold up the tournament for an indefinite length of time.
