Summertop: At this time, only Rooks have the privilege of adding a video. Everyone can see them however.

I believe Fencer created it with the intent of incentive toward a Rook membership, just as only Rooks can create Fellowships.

added: but as pauloaguia said, it could be just a beta testing thing.
