The winner should contact Fencer and let him know what to do with the membership. They can give it to another user, or even "recycle" the membership and offer it as a prize in a new tournament if they want. The captain should build a good team and keep communication lines wide open as to the successes and challenges of each team. Communication is everything, which is why it is good to have captains. The Big Bosses would have a ton of work organizing and following up on every challenge in every game. But regardless, there is a spot on your fellowship's main page that will have a drop down menu of teams of that game that you can challenge.
