I discovered that recently. (ME on someone's blocked user list???? I was shocked! lol) Yes, you can see those people in your Friends list, however, if you have made them a "Friend". And I just experimented, if they have you blocked they CAN still see you in all the normal places. You can counteract this by adding them to your blocked user list, I suppose. But of course they can still see you on their Friends list if they have you there. I do notice that it says at the top of the blocked users list that blocking someone keeps them from adding you to their Friends list, but this is not true.
